You place your online order, our driver comes to collect your items on your chosen date and time (AM or PM slot), if appropriate the items/bag is weighed by the driver, you outline any special requirements, our experts then process your work, our driver then returns the items on your preferred date and time (AM or PM slot).
London postcodes N2, N3, N12, N20, NW4, NW7, NW9, NW11, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA5, HA7, HA8, HA9, WD6, WD7, WD23. Subject to availability, other postcodes maybe considered at our discretion, but these will be subject to an additional delivery surcharge.

AM slot would be 8am to 2pm, PM slot would be from 2pm to 8pm – On receipt of your order, we will actually call you to arrange a more suitable specific time so you are not waiting around unnecessarily.
An example of a genuinely mixed load could include clothing items (shirts, trousers, T-shirts, undergarments etc), bed sheets and towels, however, if the majority of the load was bedding or towels, then that service wash price would apply. Blankets, Duvets, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Curtains are excluded.
We treat a mattress topper just like a duvet, please select the appropriate duvet size/inner filling to reflect the mattress topper.
3 Piece suit will consist of a jacket, trouser and waistcoat, 2 piece suit will be Jacket and trouser only.
Do not tumble dry / hang dry only / dry using medium or low temperature / Wash using medium or low temperature / use non bio powder or liquid detergent / soap powder only / liquid detergent only / No fabric conditioner / clean specific stain / Please call x mins before collection or delivery.
Please call us, there is no limitations on what type of items we can clean/process, in some cases we maybe reliant on third part specialist cleaners, who we consider to be competent service providers. In order for us to give you an accurate price and timescale for completing it, we may need some detailed information, pictures etc or ask you to bring the item into one of our stores.

Enquired about getting three identical pairs of trousers shortened. Agreed a 20% discount (£3 per pair of trousers) as it was three pairs. Upon collection they were only willing to apply £1 per pair of trousers and said they would never offer 20% discount. Disappointing and feel tricked in to using their service. Will not be using again.
