It was my first trip there, and the service (Rashila) was excellent. She accommodated my request to complete the laundry a day before the day initially suggested. She called on the agreed day, earlier than the promised time, to let me know that it was all ready. And, most importantly, the clothes were clean (and ironed), looking good and smelling good.
