Enquired about getting three identical pairs of trousers shortened. Agreed a 20% discount (£3 per pair of trousers) as it was three pairs. Upon collection they were only willing to apply £1 per pair of trousers and said they would never offer 20% discount. Disappointing and feel tricked in to using their service. Absolutely superb service! My clothes were altered to perfection — precise stitching, great attention to detail, and a perfect fit.
